You may use Tally for lawful personal or business financial tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
Tally is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
Paid plans and trials may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the platform where you subscribed.
Tally and related branding/content are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or redistribute proprietary elements except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Tally is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
